Mental Health Museum Days are an opportunity for students to discover hidden gems on campus where they can enjoy God’s nature and learn about ways to alleviate stress. 38th Annual Homecoming Parade

Come out and watch the pageantry of the creative floats, marching bands and fire trucks as they move through the parade route. Participants will compete for over $500 in total prize money. Entrants will be judged based on personalization, originality, workmanship and spirit. Don’t forget to bring cash or a credit card for Andy’s Eats, the Dining Services food truck that will be on site with vegetarian Latin food offerings! Parade awards ceremony directly follows.

The newly renamed Museum of Nature & Science invites you to an open house. Come and see our natural history collections (including a Columbian mammoth), and learn how we have been leveraging the museum by working with students from numerous departments on campus. Updates include substantial labeling and reorganizing of our collections. A new display exhibits the importance of biodiversity and highlights ways we can help endangered species. We will also showcase the Peru trips from the 1960s.

Conservationist’s journey to winning the 2025 Indianapolis Prize

Dr. René de Roland, National Director of The Peregrine Fund’s Madagascar Program, is a distinguished scientist and champion of biodiversity conservation. With the support of National Geographic, he overcame significant challenges to rediscover species once thought extinct in Madagascar. In his talk, he will share this remarkable journey and offer practical insights on how we can contribute to lasting, sustainable change.
